Francisco Aguilar
DirectorFrancisco serves as General Counsel for Agassi Graf, the management company for Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf, and the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education. He is responsible for communications and media, marketing and brand management, strategic partnerships, government and legal affairs. Recently, Mr. Aguilar spent a year working at Adidas Global Headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, through a transatlantic Fellowship with the Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH.
In May 2004, he graduated from The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law with a Juris Doctor as well as from The University of Arizona Eller Graduate College of Management with an MBA. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from The University of Arizona where he was elected to serve as Student Body President representing 35,000 students. Mr. Aguilar is a member of the Nevada, California, and Arizona Bars. He also serves as a member of the board of directors for CREST Insurance Group, the Las Vegas Bowl Executive Committee, The University of Arizona James E. Rogers Law College Board of Visitors, the University of Arizona Foundation National Leadership Council and Founding Chairman of Cristo Rey St Viator College Preparatory High School in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Nevada Governors Jim Gibbons and Brian Sandoval appointed Mr. Aguilar to the Nevada Athletic Commission which regulates boxing and mixed martial arts for a total of three terms. He served two years as Chairman of the Commission. Mr. Aguilar has been on Sletten Construction’s Board of Directors since 2014.

Lawrence H. Hayward
DirectorLawrence H. Hayward is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., the world's largest Retailer of Swimming Pool Supplies with 689 stores operating in 35-states coast to coast in the United States.
In August of 2017, Mr. Hayward retired as Chief Executive Officer and continued with his role as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Hayward had served as CEO since 2000. Prior to joining Leslie's, Mr. Hayward served as President of ABCO Desert Markets, a food and drug retailer located in Arizona. From 1995 until 1999, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Carr Gottstein Foods Co., Alaska's largest food and drug retailer and wholesale provider.
From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Hayward held other senior level positions at Buttrey Food and Drug Company, one of the leading food & drug retailers in the Northwest. From 1981 until 1990 he served in various corporate positions at American Stores Company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Hayward currently serves on the Board of Directors of Petco Animal Supplies, one of the nation's leading pet supply retailers headquartered in San Diego, CA.
In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Paradigm Project, innovating sustainable social, environmental and economic change. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.
